Computer & Internet Access

Get connected with our public computers and free WiFi available at our facilities. We also have several computers specifically configured for kids in our Children Services department.

  •  A Library card number, Online Services card number, or identifier from a school participating in the ACES program
    is required to log in. If you do not have any of these, you will need to apply for a card using proof of identity.
  • A one-day visitor’s pass is provided only to individuals whose ID indicates that they live outside these counties: Orange,
    Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego.
  • Users with account balances of $15.00 or more must make a payment before being allowed to use a public computer.

Anaheim Public Library offers free wireless access to the Internet for any user with a wireless-enabled device. Navigate to the WiFi name "LIBRARY PATRONS CONNECT HERE" and it will connect you to our wireless network. A password is not required.

This wireless is not secured. We do not recommend transmitting sensitive personal information over the library wireless network. Library staff cannot provide assistance in setting up personal devices or connecting to the WiFi.

Ponderosa Joint-Use Branch does not have wireless access at this time.


Anaheim Public Library offers printing services from our public computers. When printing, users will be charged for all pages that appear in Print Preview, including blank pages.

 Color  50¢ per page

Mobile and Offsite Printing
Release any print job from your laptop or device with PrinterOn. Jobs can be submitted via web, app email or desktop. Ask the Information Desk for the printed instructions. To retrieve your job, just enter your email address at the print release terminal at your library.
